Community Programming

Division of Extension will work with communities to provide programming focused on individual coping and interpersonal relationships related to mental health and substance use. Programming for individuals will focus on combating stress through mindfulness-based strategies and other coping strategies. Programming for interpersonal relationships will focus on mental health awareness, helping people intervene in crises and reducing the stigma of mental health and substance use disorders.
